I create movement where things feel stuck. I stretch people out of their comfort zones just enough to create an opening for powerful impact to take place. I use humor and lightness to address the elephant in the room. I transform conflict through communication.

I honed these skills through a combination of life experiences and formal training. I’ve facilitated cross-cultural dialogue in the Middle East, taught public speaking to Fortune 500 companies across the globe, and currently create highly customized programs to support leadership development within individuals and teams.

My vision is to bring more meaningful connection and emotional intelligence to the workplace and our communities - to enable greater creativity, higher performance, and more whole-hearted living.
